The developer of the "MWall" or "easywall" application (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"), Beijing Yunshan Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "we"), attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information and privacy. Before using this Application, please carefully read and fully understand this Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Information We Collect

In the course of your use of this Application, we may collect the following information:

• Device Information: Including device model, operating system version, resolution, device brand, ANDROID ID, OAID, and MAC address (processed with encryption or de-identification).
• Network Information: IP address and network type, used for security risk control and service stability.
• Application Information: List of package names of installed applications (excluding application content).
• Sensor Information: Accelerometer and gyroscope sensors (used for anti-cheating to identify abnormal behaviors).
• Usage Log Information: Page visits, clicks, dwell time, crash logs, etc.

2. Purpose and Rationality of Information Collection

We collect the above information only for the following legitimate, proper and necessary purposes:

• Ensure the normal operation and function implementation of the Application;
• Ad display, ad frequency control, and delivery effect statistics;
• Ad anti-cheating, prevention of false clicks and malicious brush-ups;
• Statistical analysis and product experience optimization;
• Compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

Note on Background Collection:

When the Application is running in the background, third-party ad SDKs (such as Tencent Adx SDK) may collect device-related information (including the list of installed application package names) within a necessary scope. This behavior is only used for ad anti-cheating, compliance verification of ad delivery and prevention of abnormal behaviors, and will not be used for user profiling or associated with users' real identity information.

3. Third-Party SDKs and Information Sharing

The third-party SDKs we integrate include but are not limited to:

• Tencent Adx SDK: May collect device information, IP address, OAID, ANDROID ID, list of installed application package names, and sensor information for ad delivery, frequency control and anti-cheating. Tencent Adx SDK only collects necessary information when providing ad services in the foreground of the App, stops all information collection behaviors when the App is running in the background / in a silent state, and does not read non-essential information such as the list of installed package names. When the App is running in the background or in a silent state, Tencent Adx SDK will terminate information collection operations and will not obtain content unrelated to services such as the list of installed application package names. The information collection behavior of Tencent Adx SDK is strictly limited to the App foreground service scenario, and no unnecessary data collection actions are performed during background operation.
• JPush SDK: May collect MAC address (processed), device identification information for push services and message delivery statistics.

The above SDKs process data in accordance with their official privacy policies, and we will not require them to collect information beyond the scope necessary for services.

4. Users' Right to Choose and Control

• You can turn off relevant permissions through system permission management;
• Turning off permissions will not affect the basic browsing functions of the Application;
• Some functions (such as personalized ads) may be affected.

5. Storage and Protection of Information

We adopt reasonable technical and management measures to protect the security of your information and prevent data leakage, damage or loss. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will not retain personally identifiable information for a long time.

1. Copyright Communication Mechanism for Browsed Content

As a user of this Application, if you believe that relevant content (such as pictures, materials or other content) in the Application may involve copyright or other legitimate rights and interests issues, please contact us first to negotiate a solution.

After we cooperate in handling, removing, adjusting or completing the negotiation and settlement, the relevant matters shall be deemed to have been properly handled, and you agree not to claim further legal liability against us for such content.

2. Restrictions on the Use of Content in the Application

All pictures, design elements, materials and other content displayed in this Application are protected by the Copyright Law and relevant laws and regulations.

Without our explicit authorization, you shall not intercept, copy, disseminate, re-create or use the content in the Application for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.

If you violate the above agreements and cause losses to us or relevant right holders, we have the right to pursue your legal liability in accordance with the law.

3. Obligation of Copyright Guarantee for Creators' Content

If you upload or publish content in this Application as a creator, you shall guarantee that the content is original to you, or that you have obtained legal, complete and effective authorization in accordance with the law.

In the event of copyright disputes or investigations by relevant right holders in accordance with the law, you shall actively cooperate in providing necessary authorization certificates or relevant materials.

Any copyright disputes arising from the content you upload shall be borne by you alone, and we shall not be liable for it.

7. Protection of Minors

If you are under 14 years of age, please use this Application with the consent and guidance of your guardian.

8. Updates to the Privacy Policy

If this Policy is changed, we will prompt the updated content in a prominent position within the Application.

9. Account Registration, Use and Cancellation

This Application provides an account system to provide users with content management, creator functions and personalized services.

• Account Registration: Users can complete account registration through the pages in the Application.
• Account Use: The account is only used for internal functions of this Application, and users' real identity information will not be publicly displayed.
• Account Cancellation:

You can submit an account cancellation application in the personal center of the Application. Account cancellation is an irreversible operation, and once completed, it cannot be recovered.

After you submit an account cancellation application, we will complete the verification and processing within 15 working days. After the cancellation is completed:

• Your account will be permanently cancelled;
• Personal information directly associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized;
• Data required to be retained by laws and regulations will be securely stored within the statutory time limit.
